The children in the community service club at Wescosville Elementary School started off their school year designing and selling t-shirts starring their community service dog, Mario. They are donating their proceeds to Kindness Is Magic Inc to help their fellow students pay for lunch.

Northampton Community College is kicking off their shoes
with Kindness Is Magic Inc.

Come to NCC’s Summer Theatre production of Footloose – this upbeat musical will have you dancing in the aisles! Opens Wednesday, June 1 and runs through Sunday, June 12, 2022 in the Lipkin Theatre. Please bring new or gently used shoes for donation when you come to see the show. Money raised through shoe donations will be given to local school districts to help children suffering from food insecurity in our community.

Kindness Is Magic Shoe Collection 2020!

Pausing our shoe collection! We are truly grateful for all of the community support we have received during our Kindness Is Magic Shoe collection this year. Although our drive is only half way through, we have already collected over 5,000 pairs of shoes! In order to help mitigate the spread of Coronavirus 19 we feel it necessary to temporarily suspend collections at this time. Our mission of helping children who are suffering from food insecurity in our community continues. To find alternative ways to support our mission, contact us today!

Join us for Cactus Blue Day!

The owners of Cactus Blue Mexican Restaurant have once again graciously opened their hearts to the Bethlehem community. Dine in or take out from 11am to 9pm on Monday, December 16, 2019. 10% percent of food proceeds that day will be donated to Kindness Is Magic Inc. and every penny we receive will be given to the Bethlehem Area School District to help pay down their student lunch debt.

Ornament Fundraiser with Bethlehem Area Public Library

The Bethlehem Area Public Library and Kindness Is Magic Inc. have teamed up again this year to sell ornaments handmade by volunteers and upcycled from discarded library books. 100% of the proceeds from each purchase goes to pay down student lunch debt and student library fines. A $5.00 donation is requested per ornament.
Thank you to all of the businesses and organizations that are helping to make this year a success. Ornaments can be purchased at all four of the Bethlehem Area Public Library locations as well as the following businesses and events this holiday season.

Kindness Is Magic Inc. partnered with the Bethlehem Public Library this Christmas season. The library and community businesses sold ornaments made from used books. The sales totaled $5,071.00. Kicks For Kindness Shoe Drive

Sara Satullo from Lehigh Valley Live shared our story! Thank you Sara! Here’s how your old shoes can help pay off student lunch debt in the Lehigh Valley.

Kindness is Magic Inc. partnered with 35 schools in the Bethlehem Area School District, East Penn School District, and Saucon Valley School District to collect gently used and new shoes from September through November 24, 2018. Thanks to the support of the Lehigh Valley community we collected 7,900 pairs (8,246 lbs) of gently used and new shoes raising $3,298.40! Funds raised by the charity will go towards student lunch debt in these districts. All donated shoes will be redistributed to microenterprise partners through Funds2Orgs, a social enterprise used in developing nations for impoverished people to start their own businesses.
